Privacy Policy

Plain language about what we collect, how prayer requests are handled, and the limits of confidentiality.

What we collect

If you browse the site, we do not require an account and we do not ask for your name. If you submit a prayer request, we store what you write, plus your name and email only if you choose to provide them. If you create an account, we store your email address and display name. Journal entries and saved verses are stored with your account.

Prayer requests

A private prayer request is visible only to the ministry's prayer team and moderators. It is never published. A request marked for the public prayer wall is reviewed by a moderator before it appears, and you may choose to have it shown anonymously. You can ask us to delete any request at any time.

Confidentiality and its limits

We treat prayer requests with care and discretion, but this site is not a confidential or privileged counseling service. Please do not send information you would not want a member of the prayer team to read. If a request suggests someone is in immediate danger, we may encourage or take steps toward emergency help.

Your journal and saved verses

Your prayer journal and saved verses are private to your account. Ministry staff do not read them as part of normal operation, and they are protected by database rules that restrict access to your own account.

How we use information

We use what you share to pray for you, to respond if you asked us to, to operate and improve the site, and to keep the prayer wall safe. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Software assistance

When you describe your situation in the Scripture Finder, that text is sent to a language-model service to identify themes so we can match verses from our own Scripture library. Scripture text itself is never generated. Do not include information you would not want processed by a third-party service.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can use most of the site without an account. You can request deletion of your account, prayer requests, journal entries, or saved verses by contacting us.

This policy is provided as a starting point and is not legal advice. Please have it reviewed for the laws that apply to your ministry.
